This website — gla.marketing and glamarketing.com.au — is operated by General Ledger Account Pty Ltd, trading as GLA Marketing, a specialist events, conferences and team-culture partner for MSPs and MSSPs. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GLA Marketing.

We only collect personal information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site securely:

• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — your name, email address, organisation (optional) and the message you write.
• Aggregated, privacy-friendly usage analytics (such as page views, referrers and country-level location) via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.
• Standard technical logs generated by our hosting provider when your browser requests a page — for example IP address and browser type — used to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use the enquiry details you provide only to respond to you and to discuss how we might work together. We do not use them for any other purpose.

We use the aggregated analytics and technical logs described above to operate, secure and improve this website — not to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and handle your enquiry:

• Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides the aggregated analytics described above.

These providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States, so using this site involves a cross-border disclosure of personal information for the purposes of Australian Privacy Principle 8. We do not rely on your consent for these disclosures: before disclosing information overseas we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that are bound by their own data-protection obligations, and we remain accountable for how your information is handled.

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and works from aggregated, de-identified data.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access — including limiting who can see enquiry emails and relying on reputable providers to transmit and store data. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Enquiry correspondence reaches us as email and is kept only for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, email us and we will action your request where we are reasonably able to.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@gla.marketing. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@gla.marketing so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
