What we do

What we structure.

Leadership conferences, partner and client events, internal team-building, and technology education & training — produced end to end for MSPs and MSSPs, so your teams retain what matters, not just attend.

How do you run a leadership conference for an MSP?

We produce annual leadership summits for MSP and MSSP leadership teams end to end — venue, run-of-show, speaker curation — with the internal team-building program running alongside for staff attending in person. Three days that read as strategy, security, and the team that delivers it.

Can you produce a partner or client event?

Yes. Events that bring your partners and clients into one room, with every session briefed to serve the relationship rather than becoming a product pitch.

What about internal team-building?

Programs that keep a growing provider's culture intact as headcount scales — run as a standalone day or as a stream alongside a leadership conference.

How do you structure a technology training day?

We turn “we should probably run some training” into a properly paced program staff actually retain from. It runs as a standalone technical day or a dedicated stream within a broader conference.

  • Curriculum & agenda architecture — sequencing topics by stack (security tooling, cloud, automation/AI) so sessions build rather than repeat.
  • Session-format design — the mix of keynote, breakout and hands-on lab time, paced against a realistic attention span for a full technical day.
  • Vendor & partner speaker coordination — briefing technology partners so their session serves the agenda, not a product pitch.
  • Supporting materials — workbooks, quick-reference cards and slide templates built to one brand system.
  • Post-event reinforcement — recordings, session summaries and a follow-up playbook so the training compounds rather than fading.

Can Microsoft co-op or AWS MDF fund the event?

Microsoft and AWS both fund partner marketing — and events are among the activities that funding supports. Microsoft co-op accrues on the business you've done and often lapses unspent; AWS market development funds (MDF) are money a qualifying account can request. Both are hard to use — the pre-approval, the eligible-activity rules and the proof-of-execution are a project on their own. That's the part we take on: we run the event to fit the rules and prepare the claim-ready evidence. You (or your distributor) submit; your Microsoft or AWS program decides.

  • Eligibility & fit — we help you check the event against your co-op / MDF terms, and shape the AWS fund request, before you commit a dollar.
  • Built to the rules — the sessions, branding and audience shaped to fit what the programs can support.
  • Proof of execution — the pre-approval, invitation, agenda, attendance numbers and event photography captured to the evidence standard a claim needs.
  • Claim-ready pack — a third-party invoice and documentation assembled so your team, or your distributor, can submit without reconstructing it after the fact.
  • Your account, your relationship — the Microsoft or AWS relationship stays yours, and any funding remains subject to program approval; we make the submission as strong as it can be.

How a program comes together

The same discipline you apply to an SLA, applied to a room. You brief the outcome; we hold the run-of-show — and plan for the failure modes before we design for the standing ovation.

  1. The brief

You tell us the outcome — the audience, the stakes, the thing the room has to land. We ask the questions that surface the ones you haven't.

  2. The design

We shape the run-of-show: the arc of the day, the format mix, who speaks and why, where the energy sits. Every session briefed to serve the outcome, never a product pitch.

  3. The production

Venue, AV, staging, logistics, the grid — held to one run-of-show the whole crew works to. We plan for the failure modes: redundancy, contingencies, a fallback for the fallback.

  4. The room

On the day, precision on the logistics so nobody sees the machinery — and the creative energy in the room is the thing your people actually remember.

Every program carries a contingency plan and a single named point of contact, from the first brief to load-out — so a technical, risk-averse buyer can sign it off without a second thought.
